About

Human Resources module is designed to create a departmental organizational structure, teams, roles and manage the employees from human resources point of view: employee type (permanent, consultant or other), workload, presence, absence. The module allows to set up at company or entity level the national free days or other customized non-working days.

Human Resources > Active employees

Organization interface displays active employee list. This can be filtered by:

  • Company;

  • Manager;

  • Team;

  • Position;

  • Type.

For each employee from the list the following information can be added:

1. Personal information

2. Work information

3. Salary history

Application tracks the salary record of the employees.

Human Resources > Pending employees

Pending employees are the employees that received the invitation to access the Wibiway platform, created their accounts but were not added yet to the organization by the HR department.

Human Resources > Teams

Teams functionality allows to define teams (departments) within the organization. Each team has a manager and members.

Human Resources > Employee type

Application allows to crate types of employees according to the company needs.

 

The two types of predefined types are:

  • Permanent – long time working contract;

  • Consultant – employees that are paid by hour (day).

Human Resources > Employee position

This functionality allows to define the positions within the company.

Human Resources > Vacantions

This functionality allows the management of the vacations days. The HR representatives can approve or reject vacation requests.

The interface allows to filter the employee list by:

  • Status;

  • Company;

  • Team;

  • Employee.

Human Resources > Remote work

This functionality allows the management of the days worked from home. The HR representatives can approve or reject these work from home requests.

The interface allows to filter the employee list by:

  • Status;

  • Company;

  • Team;

  • Employee.

Human Resources > Sick leave

This functionality allows the management of the sick leaves. The HR representatives can approve or reject sick leave requests.

The interface allows to filter the employee list by:

  • Status;

  • Company;

  • Team;

  • Employee.

Human Resources > Special leave

This functionality allows the management of the special leaves. The HR representatives can approve or reject special leave requests.

Human Resources > Official Days off

This functionality allows stetting of the national non-working days (or any other non-working days relevant to the organization) so that to be taken into consideration when the employees perform different actions: timesheets, vacation requests, or other types of requests.

The feature allows to sync up these non-working days with Google Calendar, historical non-working days or non-working days that were already set up for different entity. The settings are customized for each year and Entity (this being of great use for entities form different countries).
