Projects overview
​

This section presents a graph with company Profit & Loss on 6 relevant months. Shows the near past and near future evolution of revenues and expenses and also the Gross Profit and EBITDA in absolute values.

​

The projects status is displayed with relevant information on the number of:

​

  • Open projects

  • Near finish projects

  • Closed projects

 

The section has quick link features to bring you fast to these categorised projects.

 

The project health section displays relevant information on the open projects like:

​

  • Projects in good standing

  • Projects needing attention

  • Projects at risk

 

The projects in good standing are those projects with gross profit higher than 30%.

​

The projects needing attention are those projects with gross profit between 20% - 30%.

​

The project at risk are those projects with gross profit below 20%. For these projects measures shall be taken to be brought back on track otherwise could be in danger not to be profitable at the end.

 

This section has a quick link that allows to create a new project directly from this interface not being necessary to access the Projects section of Wibiway.

Revenues & Expenses overview
​

This section is a quick representation of the Revenues and Expenses section of Wibiway. Displays details on the number of revenue and expense invoices invoiced/received in the current year and also the total amount invoiced or received and the total amount unpaid yet. 

 

There is a quick link to the details of these invoices and a graphical representation of the category of the invoices as they are categorised in the revenues and expenses section.

 

This section has a quick link that allows to create or to add a new invoice directly from this interface not being necessary to access the Revenues & Expenses section of Wibiway.

Team overview
​

This section is a quick representation of the Organization and Team sections of Wibiway. Displays details on the number of active employees with a quick link to access details about them. 

 

There is a graphical representation of the employees as they are categorised in the organization section and the possibility to add a new employee to the organization. Number of the employees that were invited but not yet added to the organization are also displayed.

 

The section represents also relevant information on the activities of the team like:

​

  • Activities that were not yet approved by the manager

  • Vacation requests

  • Remote requests

  • Sick leave requests

  • Special leave requests

 

Each of these displayed information is also a quick link to relevant details.

Personal overview
​

This section is a quick representation of the Personal section of Wibiway. Displays real-time information on:

​

  • current activities 

  • vacation days left in the current year

  • remote days used in the current year

  • Sick days used in the current year

  • Special leave days used in the current year

 

There is also the possibility to add new activities using an Add activity quick link.
