About

Timesheet module is designed to allocate and manage the manpower expenses. It allows onboarding all the employees in the platform and allocate them on different departmental structures and roles. Beside the basic functionality to correlate the manpower expenses with the productive or unproductive activities the module allows the management of the remote working hours or non-working days like vacations, medical leaves or special leaves.

Timesheet > My activities

Activities section of the Timesheet module is designed to insert timesheet activities:

  • Select  the day from calendar;

  • Select the project associated with the activity;

  • Select the sub-project;

  • Insert the worked hours;

  • Insert the predefined activity;

  • Make a short description of the activity;

  • Add activity.

Activities can be inserted on more than one project. The total number of hours shall not overpass the daily working hours of the employee.

If the employee worked more hours than his daily working hours he can insert overtime. Is recommended not to be worked more than 12 hours in a day.

Timesheet > Team activities

In the Team Activity section the manager can see all the inserted activities as timesheet by the team. The manager can approve or reject subordinates activities.

Rejected activities became null for the application (these expenses will not be counted in Projects module).

 

The manager has the option to bulk select and approve / reject activities.

There is the possibility to filter the team activities by:

  • Subordinate;

  • Project;

  • Subproject;

  • Activity;

  • Activities status;

  • Activities time frame.

Timesheet > My vacantions

The available vacation days are set up by Entity level. In Human Resources module these can be individually modified for each employee. The section has 2 tabs: My Vacations and Team Vacations.

The application counts the supplementary hours inserted by the employees. This can ask for permits or vacation based on recorded overtime.

Based on the available vacation days each employee can ask for vacation. At the beginning of each year employees can plan their leave for the entire year in order to ensure the continuity at the Entity level.

The vacation shall be validated by the manager or a HR responsible (a person with rights in Human Resources module).

When a vacation day is inserted the timeframe and the substitute is set. Timesheet Module take into consideration the national non-working day or any other non-working days declared at Entity level and will not count them when an employee selects a specific timeframe for vacation.

At calendar level the national vacation days (or the one set up for a specific Entity) are displayed with red. The inserted vacation days are displayed on calendar with orange color.

If the employee has declared more than 8 hours overtime the option to recover these days by vacation is automatically activated: New free day from overtime.

Timesheet > Team vacantions

In this section are displayed all the vacations days inserted by subordinates. The manager can approve or reject these requests. A rejected request becomes null for the application (will not be counted by Timesheet module).

The manager has the option to bulk approve or reject the requests of the subordinates.

Timesheet > My remote work

Remote activities are designed to manage the work from home of the employees. There is a flow in place where the employee ask such activities and the manager approves or rejects them. By using such system the employer is exonerated by any responsibility if the employee leaves the declared remote location during declared working hours without authorization.

This functionality allows employer to ask for remote work (work from home). The interface displays the list of the requests and the number of yearly to date used days. The manager has the possibility to approve or reject these days.

The employee request a timeframe for remote work. The application take into consideration the national non-working days or any non-working days set up at Entity level.

Timesheet > Team remote work

The functionality allows displaying of the list with remote requests of the subordinates. The manager has the options to approve or reject these requests.

Filtering options are available by:

  • Status;

  • Date (time frame);

  • Subordinated.

Timesheet > My sick leave

Sick leave functionality is designed to manage the requested sick leave of the employees. There is a flow in place where the employees request such leaves and the manager or HR manager take notice and by case can approve or reject them.

This functionality allows the employee to request sick leaves. The interface displays the sick lives requests. Manager or HR Manager can approve or reject these requests.

When a specific time frame is selected for sick leave request the application take into consideration the national non-working days or any other non-working days set at Entity level.

The functionality allows display of the sick leave requests of the subordinates. The manager or the HR manager has the option to approve or reject these requests.

Filtering options are available by:

  • Status;

  • Date (time frame);

  • Subordinated.

Timesheet > My special leave

Special leave functionality allows the management of the employees special leave requests. There is a flow in place where the employee requests such leaves and the manager or HR manager take notice and can approve or reject such requests.

This functionality allows the employee to request special leave. The interface displays the special live requests. Manager or HR manager can approve or reject these requests.

When a specific time frame is selected for special leave request the application take into consideration the national non-working days or any other non-working days set at Entity level.

The functionality allows display of the special leave requests of the subordinates. The manager or the HR manager has the option to approve or reject these requests.
